Biography
Over 8 years, Temprano has become one of the largestowner-developers of student housing and co-livingin Iberia with 4,000 keys operated under its Livensa Living brand and a further 6,000 for delivery in ’21 and ’22. Temprano also invests in certain types of retail property requiring repositioning and/or repurposing.Previously, Neil was Chief Executive of Grosvenor Europe and ran the business from Paris for 12 years from 1997.He is a shareholder in Almacantar, the London focused property company, having co-founded the business in 2010.Neil is a Senior Advisor to Grosvenor Group anda non-executive director of Sonae Sierra. Former directorships include Majid Al Futtaim Properties, Société Fonciere Lyonnaise and the Leducq Foundation.
