Marcello Costa

Marcello Alves Costa has over 30 years of experience in the real estate market. He founded POTENCIAL in 2012, later incorporated into PRODOMO, where he has been focused on originating and structuring real estate projects since 2019. He was a director at CR2, a listed company, between 2008 and 2011, managing developments worth over R$2,1 billion, with an emphasis on medium and low-income residential projects in RJ and SP. Previously, he served as CFO at RAESA, an energy generation company with an annual turnover of R$220 million. He holds a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from UFRJ, with a post-graduate degree in Systems Analysis from PUC-RJ, an MBA in Corporate Finance from IBMEC-RJ and has passed CFA Level II Exam in July 2023.
