Kerry L. Nicholson is Senior Managing Director Pacific Northwest at Legacy Partners. Since joining in 1999, he has significantly contributed to the company's market rate apartment portfolio across the Pacific Northwest, overseeing development, construction, and property management. His career includes over two decades in commercial real estate finance, where he secured over $2 billion in debt and equity commitments for major institutions like Wells Fargo and Bank of America. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
