Biography
CEO & Founder of Amira Real Estate Asset Management, an investment management company with +20 yrs of experience creating, managing and co-investing in PBSA vehicles over the past 10 yrs, with a total of +5,000 beds under the HUBR (already exited) and BRAVO! (operating) brands. Besides PBSA, Amira also manages other investment strategies such as high-end and affordable residential. Before founding Amira, Juan worked for UBS in Madrid, covering wealth and investment banking.
