Joaquin de Monet

Joaquin Charles de Monet is the Founder & Managing Principal of Palisades Capital Realty Advisors LLC, an investment management and advisory firm specializing in commercial real estate solutions for high-net-worth, family office, and institutional investors in the U.S. and Latin America. With over 25 years of industry experience, he established the company in 2013. Previously, Mr. de Monet served over 16 years as a global real estate executive at GE Capital, where he was President and CEO of Arden Realty, overseeing a $5 billion portfolio. He also led GE Capital's Mexico real estate business, completing over $3 billion in transactions. Mr. de Monet holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Real Estate concentration from USC.
