Biography

James D. D'Argenio is an Acquisitions Manager at The Bascom Group, bringing over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is central to Bascom's transaction division, managing acquisitions, due diligence, debt and equity financing, dispositions, and investor relations for major Texas markets. Mr. D'Argenio also oversees the firm's private capital platform for Southern California value-add properties. He has been instrumental in the acquisition of 14,282 apartment units, totaling approximately $1.1 billion, and managed dispositions exceeding $333 million. His involvement spans 70 multifamily transactions, surpassing $1.43 billion in volume. Mr. D'Argenio earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a Real Estate Finance concentration from the University of Southern California and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
