James Maloney

James Maloney serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and Vice President at the Illinois Public Pension Fund Association (IPPFA). He previously held the position of elected Trustee for the Chicago Policemen's Annuity and Benefit Fund, where he chaired the Investment Committee and served as Acting Chief Investment Officer. Maloney retired as a Lieutenant from the Chicago Police Department after 35 years. He holds an MBA and MPA from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Masters Certificate in Financial Fraud from St. Xavier University. He also attended the FBI National Academy.
