Douglas L. Fleit is the Co-Founder and CEO of American Real Estate Partners (AREP), an institutional fund manager specializing in office, data center, and residential real estate. Since co-founding AREP in 2003, he has overseen over $12 billion in real estate investments and acquired 31M+ square feet of properties. With four decades of industry expertise, Fleit also co-founded PowerHouse Data Centers in 2021, AREP's rapidly expanding national data center division.
