Biography
David Martínez has over 20 years’ professional experience in the real estate sector. He has been responsible for projects such as Cuatro Torres, Valdebebas and Operación Chamartín. 2013 - 2016 MD Distrito Castellana Norte (BBVA) 2010 - 2013 CEO of Valenor 2005 - 2013 CEO Valdebebas 2002 - 2005 Managing Director of Cuatro Torres Business Area (Urban Development Entity) David Martínez holds a Civil and Structural Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and an Executive MBA from IESE business school. Furthermore, he is a lecturer on the IE Master’s Programme in Real Estate Development and a member of the Spanish Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
