Biography

David Rubenstein is the Founder and Senior Managing Principal of Rubenstein Partners, a vertically-integrated real estate investment firm. He is responsible for developing and implementing the firm's strategic initiatives and actively chairs its Investment Committee. Before establishing Rubenstein Partners in 2005, he was President and CEO of The Rubenstein Company, a prominent real estate operating company. He earned a BA from Duke University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
