Biography

Chong Chee Lui is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in real estate and finance. He recently served as Chairman of CapitaLand Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd., the manager of CapitaLand Malaysia Trust, from June 2021 to January 2024. His distinguished career within the CapitaLand Group (2001-2010) included roles such as Group CFO, CEO of CapitaLand Residential, and CEO of CapitaLand Financial. Mr. Lui holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from New York University. He is appointed Chairman of CapitaLand Ascott Trust from April 2024.
