Chih Ching Ong is the visionary Founder & CEO of KOP Group Pte Ltd, and Executive Chairman & Executive Director of KOP Limited, a Singaporean real estate development, hospitality, and entertainment company. She is instrumental in the company's strategic planning and growth, overseeing groundbreaking projects such as The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Singapore; Hamilton Scotts with its unique sky garages; and the multi-award-winning Montigo Resorts. Ong was recognized as one of Forbes Asia's 50 Power Business Women in Asia in both 2014 and 2015, and also named Outstanding Entrepreneur at the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards in 2014. A qualified Barrister at Law, her leadership extends to innovative real estate and luxury hospitality ventures globally.
