Bryan Southergill

Bryan T. Southergill joined KKR in 2013 and was the first member of the Asia real estate team. He has led the build-out of the Asia real estate investing platform and is responsible for advancing KKR’s regional real estate investment strategy across Asia. He sits on KKR's Asia Real Estate Investment Committee, KKR’s Asia Real Estate Portfolio Management Committee and KKR’s India Real Estate Non-Bank Finance Company Investment Committee. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Southergill was managing director and head of Asia real estate investing in J.P. Morgan's global special opportunities group. Prior to that, he was deputy head of Asia real estate investment banking at Morgan Stanley.
