Aroldo Franca

Aroldo Franca is the President of PCL Projetos e Construções Ltda in Brazil. A Civil Engineer from the Universidade Federal de Sergipe, he holds a post-graduate degree in Appraisal Engineering and specializes in Structural Calculation. Franca founded PCL Projetos e Construções Ltda in 1990, serving as Technical Responsible for architecture, engineering projects, and public and private works in Sergipe. He has also been a judicial expert in engineering and appraisals since 1994 and is recognized for founding other successful companies in the real estate sector.
