Anthony Breault

Anthony Breault served as the Senior Real Estate Investment Officer at the Office of the Oregon State Treasurer for nearly 16 years. In this role, he was instrumental in overseeing and growing the global real estate portfolio of the Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund, which reached $12.7 billion by June 2022. He was responsible for all aspects of the portfolio, including making significant fund investments with leading real estate managers and developing the separately managed accounts portfolio. Breault also contributed as a member of the internal investment committee. His expertise was critical in shaping the treasury's real estate investment strategies.
