Andrew Haynes is the Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer at Angra Energy Partners, specializing in energy and infrastructure in emerging markets for over two decades. He previously served as Assistant General Counsel (Global Corporate) at BP, where he oversaw global M&A legal work. Prior to that, he was Deputy General Counsel for BG Group, managing global M&A, and Chief Counsel for South America, based in Brazil. Andrew brings extensive expertise in international project development and finance, having advised on gas and LNG projects across Brazil, Kazakhstan, Russia, and other global regions.
