Biography

Andreas Löcher is Head of Investment Management Operational at Union Investment Real Estate GmbH, a position he assumed in August 2023. He directs global transaction business for hotel and retail properties, overseeing acquisitions and sales. Joining Union Investment in 2010, he previously led Investment Management Hospitality, instrumental in building the firm's extensive global hotel portfolio.
