Andreas Krone

Andreas Krone is the CEO of NAI Apollo Real Estate GmbH, a leading real estate consultancy and the exclusive German partner of NAI Global. With a distinguished career spanning since 1986, he specializes in office lettings and investment sales across Germany, demonstrating extensive expertise in the German real estate market. Krone co-founded Andreas Krone GmbH in 1991, which later merged to form NAI Apollo Krone in 2005. His significant transaction history includes major tenant representation for clients such as Deutsche Telekom and the European Central Bank, along with investment sales totaling approximately €350 million. An SIOR Office Specialist, he is also a long-standing member of the NAI Global Leadership Board Advisory Taskforce, recognized for his leadership and entrepreneurial acumen.
