Andrea Sztajn
Biography
Andrea joined Omega in 2014 as Head of Funding and M&A, leading the efforts for brownfield and greenfield activities. Prior to Omega, she worked for financial institutions in São Paulo and New York, including UBS (and UBS Pactual), Credit Suisse and Citibank, over the last 13 years, being responsible for equity and debt capital markets transactions, M&As and private placements. Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FGV/São Paulo.
