Alfred Pace

Alfred Pace is the Co-founder, Vice Chairman, and CEO of Pacific Urban Residential, a leading multifamily owner, operator, and investment manager. A graduate of the University of San Francisco and an inactive CPA, he co-founded the firm in 1998. Under his leadership, Pacific Urban has acquired over 32,000 apartment units and $8.5 billion in value. Pace brings extensive experience, including 14 years with SSR Realty Advisors (now BlackRock) where he was Managing Director, National Acquisitions, and authored their Apartment Value Fund strategy. He is a thirty-year member and Executive Director of the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) and a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Multifamily Blue Council, demonstrating deep industry expertise.
