Biography

Alexandre represents private and state-owned companies, power tradings, sponsors, financial institutions in a variety of matters in the Brazilian Power industry, including generation, distributed generation, transmission, distribution, renewables, self-generation and trading. Alexandre is experienced in developing and structuring projects in the Brazilian Power Sector since its inception (engineering, operation and maintenance contracts and long term PPAs) to its financing and divestment stage. He frequently advises participants in M&As, financings and long term PPAs in the Power Industry. Recently he has been engaged in several involving self generation projects, data centers and battery storage systems (BESS).
