As an Executive Partner at F+W Berlin Office, we initiate projects in the Hotel, Hospitality, Tourism, and Real Estate sectors within the BlackPencil Properties organisation. Our range of services covers all phases of project development: from acquisition, concept creation, business modelling, architecture, project development, and construction management to investor relations. The entire development and management organisation is controlled via our internal platform, blackpencil.properties, ensuring the highest efficiency and quality in execution.
