Tirthankar Datta is a Partner at JSA. He specialises in cross border transactions spanning banking, finance, mergers & amp; acquisition finance, leveraged finance, project finance, RE finance, insolvency & restructuring transactions. He has been practising law for around 15 years & regularly advises on several marquee debt & equity investment transactions in the RE sector. He has extensive experience in RE financing including both construction finance as well as lease rental discounting facilities, in the residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors.
