Second generation real estate developer with focus on industrial, commercial and warehousing development in Mumbai. Been in active business since 2007. Currently, we are commencing a mixed use commercial development of 1.6 million sq.ft. in Vasai(part of Mumbai Metropolitan Region) as well as a 1.0 million sq.ft. logistics park in Padgha (on outskirts of Mumbai) Additional business interests is in supply chain management for building materials.

We have been in the business since 1981 and have developed and managed several industrial, commercial, and residential buildings. As a part of backward integration, the Nawany group has expanded its construction division to the Warehousing space.
