Biography

Rogier Hetterschijt serves as Head of Acquisitions at Multi Corporation BV, a position he assumed in June 2023. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, covering both equity and debt, he plays a key role in the company's growth strategy, focusing on retail opportunities and conversions to residential use. Prior to Multi Corporation, Hetterschijt was Head of Acquisitions Netherlands at International Campus Group (ICG), where he secured locations for over 1,000 student apartments. His extensive background also includes roles as Executive Director at Forum Partners and Vice-President at Credit Suisse's Fixed Income European Real Estate division. He holds an MSC in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
