James has consistently built companies through business development strategy, substantial asset and portfolio management and real estate investment across a variety of asset classes.Having previously worked as a Group Managing Director and founded his own property companies, an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent people engagement skills come to the fore where James is tasked by C Group to grow their new Build to Rent business, Planted Living as well as new businesses within alternative residential living asset classes.
