Virginie Walckenaer, actuelle Head of Asset Management – France et Belgique de DWS Real Estate, a été nommée en sus de ses activités actuelles, Responsable légale du Bureau de Paris et Directrice de la succursale française de DWS Grundbesitz GmbH, reportant directement à Clemens Schäfer, Head of Real Estate Europe. Diplômée de l’ESSCA, et ayant plus de 14 ans d’expérience en Asset Management, Virginie Walckenaer a commencé sa carrière chez Halverton REIM, puis en tant qu’Asset Manager chez Invesco Real Estate. Elle était préalablement Responsable de l’Asset management – bureaux chez Primonial Reim, et est arrivée en 2015 chez DWS
