Pankaj Renjhen is responsible for the company’s growth and business across the retail services business vertical which delivers Leasing, Tenant Representation, Advisory and Landlord rep. In his role at JLL, he oversees and coordinates all aspects of JLL’s India Retail Business. He provides overall strategic direction, develops operational priorities and drives business plan for retail services in India. He is an expert in Retail Mall Leasing, Retail Mall Sales and Investment, High Street Transactions, Occupier Representation and lifestyle brand representation. He has 19 years experience advising leading corporate occupiers, renowned retailers, private equity players and developers pan India.
