Biography
Wilmer Berton is the Founder & CEO of Bestmind, an independent advisory firm supporting investors, operators and companies in the assessment, structuring and management of complex investments and programmes. A civil engineer and entrepreneur, he has gained twenty years of international experience across real estate, infrastructure and major investment programmes, working across business management, project management and business development. Throughout his career, he has supported institutional investors, funds, developers and international operators on acquisitions, due diligence, CAPEX and OPEX, procurement, value engineering and execution governance. He founded Bestmind to develop an integrated advisory model in which capital, risk and execution are managed as interconnected parts of the same challenge.
