He brings extensive experience from his tenure as Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where he led BCG's European People and Organisation Practice. Adams has been instrumental in major banking industry transformations across Europe, focusing on strategy, operations, and digital transformation for retail and commercial banks and insurers.
