Claudia Spreng is a real estate investment professional leading real estate strategy and investments for Athenaeum Partners, a London-based single-family office. At Athenaeum she oversees acquisitions and portfolio management and development across the UK and Continental Europe, sourcing and executing investments across operational and traditional real estate sectors. Claudia has experience investing across multiple asset classes, including living, logistics, data centres, and office assets, and has worked on core-plus to opportunistic strategies across major European markets. She previously worked in the European acquisitions team at Thor Equities, focusing on value-add to opportunistic investments across continental Europe. She began her career in investment banking in New York, specializing in corporate restructuring, advising companies in distressed and special situations, as well as capital raises and M&A.
