In order to accomplish that, lead and work together with a multicultural team, building up partnerships and raising capital. Iris has worked for over 12 years with Corporate Finance and M&A. Throughout her career, she has valued and led M&A projects of over USD 1,1 billion in PwC and Family Offices. Acting as restructuring consultant and officer, the latest in Gafisa, she has worked with renowned consulting firms in projects of corporate culture, systemic innovation, digital transformation as well as management & leadership.
