Jamie Cooper

Mr. Jamie Cooper is the President, Development and Income properties for Dream Unlimited and a member of Dream’s Executive Management Team. Mr. Cooper has been with Dream since 2014 and has held various roles throughout the company. He is currently responsible for screening and structuring investments that align with Dream’s social and environmental initiatives. Mr. Cooper oversees all aspects of the Impact Fund's financial and impact performance which includes identifying and executing on acquisitions that fit Dream’s criteria, monitoring development progress, and managing portfolio construction and asset allocation. He has successfully led Dream’s growth into the ownership and management of Canadian apartment properties including working closely with the Federal government to establish innovative financing programs for the creation of affordable and sustainable housing. Mr. Cooper is a Chartered Financial Analyst and earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
