Ramon Peña
Biography
Mr. Peña founded Polaris Constructora in 2010 and is the Chief Executive Officer of the company. In this role, Mr. Peña leads the development of projects in Colombia and is also responsible for the company's growth strategy. Mr. Peña brings over 22 years of experience as a developer of infrastructure and multifamily projects with a special emphasis on affordable housing. Before his current position, Mr. Peña held various roles in construction companies, leading the residential development group. Mr. Peña holds a degree in civil engineering from the Universidad de los Andes in Venezuela and is a specialist in project management.
