Jose Lupo serves as Jefe de Cooperación Técnica (Head of Technical Cooperation) at FONPLATA, the Financial Fund for the Development of the River Plate Basin. Based in Bolivia, he plays a key role in coordinating technical assistance programs and development initiatives across the region. At FONPLATA, Lupo oversees strategic cooperation projects that promote sustainable infrastructure development and regional integration among member countries including Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay. His expertise encompasses project management, international development cooperation, and multilateral financing mechanisms. Through his leadership in technical cooperation, he contributes to FONPLATA's mission of fostering economic and social development in the River Plate Basin region.
