Dave is responsible for EQT Real Estate's Investments covering the DACH and NL regions. Originally from Dublin, Dave has invested over €10 billion throughout his 18 years in the residential real estate sector and has has held senior positions in acquisition and asset management for Heimstaden & Round Hill Capital.
