Marcos Torreão é Diretor de Estruturação de Projetos do Ministério da Integração e do Desenvolvimento Regional (MIDR), onde lidera iniciativas estratégicas para o desenvolvimento de projetos de infraestrutura e integração territorial no Brasil. Com sólida experiência em gestão pública e planejamento regional, atua na coordenação de políticas públicas voltadas ao desenvolvimento sustentável e à redução das desigualdades regionais. Sua expertise abrange estruturação financeira de projetos, parcerias público-privadas e articulação institucional para viabilização de investimentos em infraestrutura, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da integração nacional e o crescimento econômico equilibrado entre as regiões brasileiras.
