Biography

Marcos Ayala is a founding partner and Head of Real Estate Funds at REC Gestão, a Brazilian asset management firm specializing in real estate. With 22 years of experience in the financial market, he is an authorized manager by the CVM, holding CFA and CGA certifications. Prior to co-founding REC in 2015, Mr. Ayala amassed extensive experience in M&A, private equity, and equity analysis at institutions including Banco Pan, Gávea Investimentos, Lazard, Morgan Stanley, and Itaú BBA. He holds a degree in Business Administration from EAESP-FGV. His expertise is crucial to REC Gestão's focus on real estate investment.
