Patrick Leniston

Patrick Leniston serves as Regional Managing Director for Europe at Gleeds, a leading international construction and property consultancy. Based in France, he oversees strategic operations across the Western European region, driving business development and client relationships. With extensive experience in construction management and project consultancy, Leniston plays a key role in Gleeds' European expansion and delivery of major infrastructure and commercial projects. His leadership encompasses multi-disciplinary teams providing cost management, project management, and advisory services across diverse sectors including healthcare, education, and commercial development throughout the region. We are present in over 15 countries and operate in al asset classes. We are especially reccognised for hospitality and wider living sectors but also complex refurbishments, mixed use developments, industrial and DC.
