José Rubens é Engenheiro com MBA em Gestão de Negócios pela UC Davis/UCLA e possui uma sólida carreira profissional na área comercial de Engenharia Civil, passando por companhias nacionais e internacionais de diversos segmentos, como Lock Engenharia, McDonald’s, Chillis e Espaço Árabe, além de participar de projetos com Albert Einstein e Rede D´Or. Como Head de Negócios atuou em 400 mil m² negociados em empreendimentos e mais de 1 bilhão de VGV em projetos.
