Brice Hoffer

Brice Hoffer serves as Head of Real Estate Research & Strategy, DACH Region, at UBS Asset Management, Real Estate and Private Markets (REPM). Appointed Director in July 2022, he leads property market analysis, assessing risks and returns for Swiss real estate, European residential, and industrial assets. His role encompasses developing fund strategies, advising on acquisitions, and contributing to new real estate products. Hoffer also manages analytics for UBS Swiss direct real estate funds and is Deputy Valuation Officer for the DACH region. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Switzerland Executive Committee and the Swiss Real Estate Research Congress, demonstrating his deep expertise in the industry.
