Alan Moise

Alan Moise serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Thrive Senior Living, where he is instrumental in driving corporate growth and forging strategic partnerships within the senior housing sector. He spearheads all growth initiatives for the company, including expanding into active adult communities and successfully raising Thrive's first discretionary General Partner capital fund. Moise possesses a robust background in acquisitions, asset management, and financial analysis, with experience in both commercial real estate and private equity. Before joining Thrive in 2011, he held significant roles at institutional real estate firms such as JP Morgan and TriMont Real Estate Advisors, where he managed over $2.3 billion in real estate positions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University.
