Biography
Peng Peng Sia is the CEO - Iberia at Fosun Hive Capital Management - Iberia, appointed in April 2024. She also serves as Chief Portfolio Officer with Fosun Hive Capital Management, a Fosun Global Partner. With over 30 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure investment, development, and asset management across the US, Europe, and Asia, Ms. Sia brings extensive expertise. Her career highlights include leading asset management with over USD 12 billion AUM and chairing Keppel Capital's ESG committee from 2012-2021. She holds a Master in Land Economy from Cambridge University and a First Class Honours degree in Estate Management from Ulster University. In 2021, she received Singapore's Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (PBM) for public service.
