Carlos Monroy

Carlos Monroy serves as the General Manager and CEO of EM HOTELS, a distinguished multi-brand hotel operator and marketer. He brings extensive expertise in hospitality management, including Food & Beverage and Revenue Management. Monroy currently spearheads EM HOTELS' operations and development across Colombia, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. Prior to founding EM HOTELS, Monroy played a key role in expanding the "Dorado Plaza" hotel chain, overseeing the conceptualization, development, and operation of seven hotel properties. He holds a Diplomado in Revenue Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia. Under his leadership, EM HOTELS focuses on delivering quality-certified accommodation experiences and aims to be a leading multi-segment operator in the region.
