Howard Garland is a Partner at Pollen Street Capital Limited, focusing on credit opportunities and financial services investments. He rejoined Pollen Street in 2015, having previously served as a Partner from 2000 to 2012. Between his tenures, he assisted Hoist Finance in entering the UK debt collecting and NPL debt purchasing sector, including serving as Chief Operating Officer at Hoist Finance UK Ltd.. At Pollen Street, he is responsible for investments such as BIK, Deko, Caledonian Finance, and Sancus, and previously oversaw Banca Sistema and Arrow Global. He holds an undergraduate degree from University College London.
