Gabriel Paz
Biography
Gabriel Paz originates and structures investments in real assets, with a focus on digital infrastructure and energy across the Americas. His practice covers the acquisition of power-rich land, power contracting, interconnection viability and the capital structure behind each transaction, and extends through the full development cycle, from site selection and permitting to construction. He also leads partnership structuring and international expansion for a technology company entering new markets in the United States and Latin America. Before that came sixteen years in institutional real estate private equity at leading Brazilian asset managers, where he led the structuring and execution of investment platforms, including cross-border vehicles between Brazil and the United States.
