Laurent Machenaud
Biography
Laurent Machenaud is a Managing Director in Blackstone's Real Estate Group, based in London, UK. He joined Blackstone in 2012, where he is actively involved in asset management and transaction activities across Continental Europe. His expertise covers diverse real estate classes, including office, retail, logistics, hospitality, and clinics. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Machenaud spent seven years at Archon, Goldman Sachs' European real estate management platform, focusing on equity and debt investment opportunities throughout Europe. He holds a Masters in Management from Bordeaux Business School.
