Nikhil Reddy
Biography
Nikhil Reddy is a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate for Asia Pacific within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Based in Hong Kong, he leads the firm's real estate investment activities and client engagement across the region. Reddy joined Goldman Sachs in 2008 and was named Managing Director in 2019. He possesses extensive expertise in alternative investments, asset management, corporate finance, financial modeling, and private equity. Prior to his current role, he held senior positions within the firm's Asset Management and Merchant Banking Divisions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.
