Biography
Raymond Chi Ho Wan is the CEO and co-founder of oTULU Co-living, a modern design-led co-living inspired from the original TULOU: a beautiful 12th-century circular structure which allowed a community to live, work and socialize safely under one harmonious roof. In 2018, oTULU introduced the first true Co-living property in Shanghai and has since grown to operate and developing a portfolio of more than 400 co-living apartments in the city. In 2019, Golden Union Assets invested by Warburg Pincus, and Shanghai Golden Union acquired a majority interest in oTULU. With the resources and relationships made available through these partnerships, oTULU has put in place ambitious growth plans to make oTULU the market
