Biography
Harsh Parikh is a Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group at Khaitan & Co, based in Mumbai. He specializes in complex property matters, including title diligence and advising on various redevelopment projects such such as Slum Rehabilitation, MHADA, and DCR-regulated developments. Harsh also advises large private equity groups on the acquisition of commercial assets, data centers, and warehousing projects. His expertise extends to drafting and negotiating diverse transaction documents. He has been recognized by Legal 500 as a "Next Generation Lawyer" for Real Estate (2016-2018) and noted by IFLR1000 and Chambers and Partners.
